This property's pool area is truly the focal point, surrounded by the villa's ground floor, a charming pagoda, and a cosy dining pavilion. You can easily while away the hours swimming in the elegant pool, basking in the sun, unwinding in the pagoda, or indulging in delicious meals in the pavilion. Step inside the main house and you'll find a covered terrace leading to a formal living room that exudes elegance with its high ceilings, light colour scheme, and expansive wall opening up to the outdoors. Step inside the indoor media room for some quality family time. If you need a change of scenery, head to the private beach or make use of the Sandy Lane tennis courts for a game or two. The five spacious bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer plenty of privacy. Four are conveniently located on the ground floor with easy outdoor access, while the master bedroom encompasses the entire top floor with two balconies on each side. Each bedroom comes with a king bed and a lavish en suite bathroom featuring top-of-the-line fixtures and materials.
Just minutes from beautiful West Coast beaches, guests of Tradewinds will have access to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club's private cabana, tennis courts and golf course. As well as access to watersports, storage, cabana fridge/freezer, drinks and food, guests have access to the villa's private golf cart which is available for the short ride down to the club. Also close by Sandy Lane Estate are waterfront restaurants, boutiques, duty-free shopping and beach bars.

A security deposit of US$2,500 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
