Bluff House is an impressive 6 bedroom luxury villa with private, direct access to the legendary Sandy Lane beach. Set in over an acre of mature tropical gardens, this property has recently been enlarged and beautifully furnished throughout. The property can be rented together with Bluff Cottage to accommodate up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms.
Within the villa itself, an impressive coral stone hallway leads onto elegant areas ideal for relaxing. A wonderfully stylish entertaining space has been newly created amongst lush tropical plants at the centre of the house. This innovative area flows directly onto the pool deck, affording glorious views through the palms to the sea beyond. In turn, the perfect place to unwind is provided in the form of a tastefully decorated sitting room equipped with TV, satellite, video and stereo facilities.
Adjoining the sitting room is a formal indoor dining area, with a beautiful coral stone dining table as its centrepiece. For more informal dining, this room opens onto a covered verandah with glorious views. Six stylishly decorated double air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and telephone, provide ample accommodation for guests. The villa's magnificent master bedroom opens onto an expansive terrace, with views of the garden and the sea beyond, while the other bedrooms open directly onto the grounds.
No detail is overlooked for the comfort of guests, from the gated intercom entrance at the foot of the property's sweeping driveway, which ensures security and privacy, to the built-in sound system that provides music in all living areas. Guests will find many sources of entertainment closest at hand. Direct access to the glorious Sandy Lane beach is easily obtained through the property's own private path, and sun loungers are provided on the beach for the comfort of guests. Sandy Lane's legendary 18-hole course represents the perfect challenge for golfers.

A security deposit of US$5,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.

Our family stayed at Bluff House for two weeks in August with four adults and seven teenagers. The house sits off the main road which is a 10m walk into Holetown or a bus stop is just outside the property on the main road, taxis are easily accessible also. The Pool is large enough for a morning swim or access to the beach is down a private path around 300m long, which will take you to probably the best stretch of beach on Sandy Lane, if not the West Coast !! The head of house was a very nice lady called Patsy, who managed the house to a very high standard, catered for our every need and was able to keep sustain a level of discretion to make all the guests feel very comfortable. Patsy would shop daily for anything that we requested, leaving the wife's to a fully relaxing holiday and made rum punch to die for !! Norma and Margaret would provide three meals a day (if required) to an excellent standard and treated us to many bajan dishes which were a delight ! Whilst Lecia, Julia, Henderson and David all contributed in their own special way with the housekeeping, laundry, gardens and security.
