Mullins Bay Villa 3 - Villatre, is a luxury 2-bedroom single-level villa located within the exclusive Mullins Bay gated community.
Villatre is a charming two-bedroom villa that exudes an air of sophistication and leisurely elegance.
The spacious outdoor area with private pool is an ideal place to sit and relax under an umbrella, read a book on the sun loungers, or head out to the pool area to soak in the sun while sipping a rum punch. Ceiling fans keep the patio area cool and comfortable.
Both bedrooms include King beds, have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The modern bathrooms within the villa are adorned with generously sized showers and elegant vanities.
The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances, perfect for those who love to cook, or our concierge team can arrange for a cook to come and prepare local delicacies for you. This beautifully decorated villa rents as a two bedroom, without the use of the owner's private master bedroom.

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
