Mullins Bay Townhouse 7 is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom property located just steps away from the famous Mullins Beach. Located in the gated community of Mullins Bay this well designed villa offers all the comforts of home to make your holiday extra special.
The ground level is spacious and takes full advantage of the covered outdoor areas with dining and seating overlooking the crystal clear pool and well tended garden area. The living room comfortably seats 8 and the well equipped kitchen allows the freedom of home dining. One bedroom is located on this level with king bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom is located across from the bedroom and also serves as a powder room.
On the second level there are two more bedrooms, both king beds with one ensuite and one bathroom outside of the third bedroom. The ensuite has a free standing bath and separate shower. Both bedrooms lead out to the shared balcony with views of the ocean just steps away.
On the top floor is the attic bedroom with a queen bed and access to the roof deck. This private area is perfect for sunbathing and watching the sailboats go by. This bedroom shares the bathroom on the second level.
Mullins Bay is the perfect base for your Barbados holiday with Speightstown just 5 minutes away and Holetown 15 minutes away. Please note smoking is not permitted indoors or outdoors.

Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
