Mullins Bay is a gated community and is just a stone’s throw from the famous Mullins Beach, one of the most gorgeous beaches on the west coast of Barbados, home to the popular Sea Shed Restaurant.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom split level townhouse villa makes for a peaceful haven during your Barbados holiday with enough space to enjoy the Barbados ambience of villa living on the island. The kitchen and living areas are on the ground level and both lead to the outdoor living and dining space which enjoys a private plunge pool and barbecue. The ground floor hosts one of the bedrooms with a Queen bed and with a separate large bathroom.
On the second floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a Queen bed. Each bedroom has their own ensuite bathrooms and private terrace to enjoy the beach views. The third floor hosts the master bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom and private terrace, ideal to enjoy the sunset and beach views, or to enjoy a morning coffee.
As guests at Mullins Bay you will have access to the large communal pool just beyond the back gate as well as the Mullins Beach Club where you can access complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. This villa also comes with complementary access to the Sugar Hill gym and tennis courts (court times must be booked in advance of play).
Turtles Reach is a 5 minute drive to Speightstown and 10 minute drive to Holetown. Please note there is no smoking in this villa, outdoors and indoors.

A security deposit of US$1,000 will be required on arrival.
Property owners tend to accept bookings over the Christmas and New Year period on stricter terms than at other times of year. In general, bookings are subject to a 14 night minimum stay but owners may require a 3 week booking in some cases and will often need to approve dates to fit with their own travel plans or those of other guests. A higher deposit of 50% of the total rental price is payable for such bookings and the balance becomes due earlier at 90 days before arrival.
All prices quoted above have been calculated based on information provided by the owners but are subject to confirmation during December and January as occasionally owners may insist on the higher Christmas rate being applied either side of the main Christmas period. We suggest you contact us for a firm price quotation at this time of year, before making your booking.
